The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, discussed with the Italian Ambassador to Iraq, Maurizio Griganti, ways to strengthen bilateral relations, in addition to discussing the study of the proposal to equip the Interior Aviation Directorate with helicopters. The meeting discussed expanding the process of training federal police forces by the Italian Police (Carabinieri) and developing the capabilities and skills of the combat forces of the Ministry of Interior.
