Riyadh: The AFC Member Associations (MAs) and Regional Associations (RAs) Presidents’ and General Secretaries’ Conference 2025 concluded today in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event saw global football leaders and industry experts reaffirm their support for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in its quest to elevate the Asian football landscape.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Conference, hosted by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), featured a lineup of distinguished speakers who shared insights on essential aspects of football. This three-day event has become an important part of the AFC calendar, attracting some of the sport’s most respected figures.
In his closing remarks, AFC President Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa emphasized the Conference’s value in reflecting on progress and fostering forward-looking discussions. He expressed optimism and enthusiasm for advancing the Asian game, noting the AFC’s pivotal moment in history driven by governance reforms and revamped competitions.
Shaikh Salman highlighted the AFC’s dedication to launching innovative programs for its Member and Regional Associations, aiming to usher in a new era of football excellence led by the AFC and its members.
