According to Qatar News Agency, the event is jointly organized by its Media and Communication Sector, the National Radio and Television Administration of China, and the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU), adding that it will see the participation of Arab information ministers, heads of media institutions, and media officials from Arab states and from the People’s Republic of China.

The event is held as part of the media component of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum’s executive program.
