Islamabad, Two Pakistani soldiers and two militants were killed on Sunday during an exchange of fire in Balochistan province, southwestern Pakistan.
An armed clash took place in Awaran District in the province. This incident resulted in the deaths of two soldiers and two militants, with two others being injured, Pakistani news agency reported, citing a statement issued by the Pakistani army.
On Oct. 17, two Pakistani soldiers and two militants were killed during an exchange of fire in two separate areas in North Waziristan.
The Pakistani army has been engaged in an open war with armed groups in various areas of the country.
