A gunman opened fire at Charles University in downtown Prague, killing at least 10 and wounding dozens others, Czech police said on Thursday. Czech Interior Minister Vit Rakusan said the preliminary information indicates that the shooter was most likely eliminated. He added that it was not yet confirmed there was another assailant at the scene, urging the people to abide by the instructions of the police. A spokesperson for the Prague ambulance services said that there were 11 dead at the scene of the incident, including the gunman.
