QFA RULES COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT CLINICS WITH CLUB REPS

DOHA: The Rules Committee of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) is set to hold a series of meetings with Qatari clubs featuring in national competitions (QNB Stars League, Second Division and Reserve League) to detail the amendments made to the articles of the international football law.

The meetings are also being conducted to emphasize on the mechanism for using video technology inside stadiums.

The meetings will be held on Sunday and Monday (Aug 7-8) in morning and evening sessions at club headquarters. The clubs that have registered for the meetings will be addressed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The meetings will be headed by top referees who will be joined by members of the technical and administrative staff at various club players in halls equipped with the implement safety measures in place for the prevention of Covid-19, QFA said.

This annual gathering is one of the important meetings that the Rules Committee conducts at the start of every season through which it provides advice and guiding clarifications to the players, administrative and technical bodies, and hears opinions raised by the attendees and representatives of the clubs.
