Doha, Qatari newspapers shed light in their headlines today on the continued aggression of the Israeli occupation forces against the Gaza Strip. The papers highlighted that the occupation committed a new crime, the latest in a long line of countless atrocities and massacres against the Palestinian people, targeting the team of journalists from Al Jazeera News Channel. This resulted in the martyrdom of the channel's cameraman, Samer Abu Daqqa, and the injury of their correspondent, Wael Al Dahdouh.

The newspapers also covered the statements of the US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, and his talks with several Israeli officials, reflecting the nature of what the war in Gaza will look like in the coming phase. It indicated that the Israeli occupation will continue to pursue resistance leaders in Gaza, potentially prolonging the war for months.

Al-Raya newspaper said in its editorial today that the Israeli occupation has reached a new level of criminality by targeting Al Jazeera crews in the Gaza Strip. The paper added that Al Jazeera was targeted for its editorial line and coverage of events.' It added that Israel fear that the voice of truth that is reaching the masses worldwide. It also highlighted that scenes of Israel's crimes and ethnic cleansing massacres perpetrated against the defenseless Palestinian people in Gaza have reached the entire world, thanks to the sacrifices of Al Jazeera crews in Gaza, as they continue their sacred duty that is protected by international laws.

The newspaper affirmed that this criminal occupation shows no respect for the immunity of media crews. Instead, they and their family are now targeted regularly to intimidate and discourage them from performing their professional duties, being a voice for the voiceless. The occupation, which has been internationally exposed and has become a symbol of killing and destruction, continues its crimes against everyone without exception in Gaza, including media crews, as it gets a green light from the international community to escalate its aggression and crimes because it consistently evades punishment.

The paper added that Al Jazeera condemned the Israeli occupation for leaving martyr Abu Daqqa bleeding to death for over 5 hours, confirming the malicious criminal plan of the occupation in deliberately targeting Al Jazeera's team. The network expressed pride in the sacrifices of its media crews in Gaza, highlighting the courage of the Al Jazeera team in revealing the extent of the destruction caused by the Israeli war machine.
