Iran exports more than 100,000 tons of goods to three countries, including Iraq

Baghdad The “Bazargan” customs department in Iran announced on Friday the export of more than 100,000 tons of goods to three countries, including Iraq.

Bazargan Customs is located in West of the Province, which has a common border of 967 km with Turkey, Iraq and Nakhchiwan during the first half of this year.

Today, the official IRNA news agency quoted the Director-General of Bazargan Customs Department, Ramin Zaheeri, as saying that, “in the first six months of this year, 106,551 tons of goods were exported through these customs, marking an increase of 61 percent compared to the same period last year.”

He added that these goods include petrochemicals, vegetables, stone, ceramics, glassware, steel and textile products.

Zaheeri added that the value of the exported goods during this period is one billion, 136 million, 250 thousand, and 578 dollars.
