Qatari Expresses Its Readiness To Build Schools And Hospitals In Iraq

Baghdad, The National Security Adviser, Qasim Al-Araji, discussed this evening, Wednesday, with the Qatari ambassador, Khalid Hamad Al-Sulaiti, to strengthen relations between the two countries and ways to develop and strengthen them, in a way that supports the security and stability of the region.

Al-Araji stressed, according to a statement by the National Security Adviser, that Iraq seeks to strengthen the bonds of the relationship with its Arab and regional surroundings, in a way that serves the mutual interests of countries and peoples, expressing his aspiration for the Iraqi-Qatari relations to witness further development in all fields.

For his part, the Qatari ambassador expressed his country’s readiness to support Iraq, in the areas of investment and development, projects to build schools and hospitals, exchange experiences, and establish a strong fraternal partnership, in the service of the interests of the two brotherly peoples and countries.
