DOHA, Qatar’s Winter Sports Committee (QWSC) has launched its productive training course on Ice Hockey Refereeing on Sunday at Villaggio court .
The three day training course is supervised by Mr. Atta Allah Nagi, a senior referee of International Ice Hockey Federation and that bringing together some 14 trainees.
The course mainly aims to meet the standards and requirements of the international federation by developing ice hockey refereeing and coaching as well as to increase referees knowledge about latest updates of the game.
In the opening session on Sunday, the key lecturer Atta Allah Nagi has exhaustively explained the game’s regulations and violations alongside a number of theoretical and practical topics related to the Ice hockey.
By the end of the course, trainees will receive recognized certificates from the International Ice Hockey Federation.
