The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (MADLSA) confirmed that it has facilitated the submission procedures of labor grievances for workers and employees from citizens and residents.
MADLSA announced the possibility of submitting a grievance request to the Grievances and Complaints Committee for employees’ subject to the Human Resources Law, via e-services through the Ministry’s website. This requires attaching the grievance letter to the applicant’s employer and the QID.
The citizen or resident employee working in the government sector can submit his/her complaint or grievance through the government service centers’ or the Ministry’s premises, through a form prepared for that, explaining his/her complaint and requests accurately, and the reasons for the complaint, while attaching the necessary documents.
