The Head of the Parliamentary Transportation and Communications Committee, Zahra Al-Bajari, confirmed that the decisions of the Federal Court are final and binding on the authorities, noting that the Kurds are demanding political commitments during the formation of Al-Kadhimi government.
Al-Bajari said in a press statement, today, that the Parliamentary Finance Committee went with the decisions of the Federal Court and must adhere to them.
She added, “The House of Representatives is proceeding with approving the federal budget for the fiscal year 2023, noting that the problem is related to oil supplied from the region,” stressing that “Parliament intends to vote on the budget at the beginning of next week.”
